Since 1986, the providers of Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine Associates, LLP have been providing superior healthcare to the residents of Atlanta's Southern Crescent area. We're a local clinic with over 35 years of experience, and every one of our providers is qualified for your care. We were the first accredited sleep lab in the southern part of Atlanta. We have two locations to better serve the south metro area, in Fayetteville and Stockbridge, GA.

Dr. Rastogi received his medical degree from Kanpur University in India. He completed his residency at Christ Hospital (a Rush University affiliate) in Oaklawn, IL and his fellowship training in pulmonary and critical care at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.
Dr. Rastogi is board-certified in internal medicine and pulmonary disease. He is one of the few board-certified sleep medicine physicians in Henry, Clayton, and Fayette counties in Georgia. He is also certified by the International Society for Clinical Densitometry as a bone densitometrist for the evaluation and treatment of osteoporotic disorders.
In 1984, Dr. Rastogi began practicing in Clayton County, GA. Then, he and Dr. Lipsett joined together to form Pulmonary Medicine Associates, LLP in 1986. The name was changed to Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine Associates, LLP in 2005. Dr. Rastogi is a fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Lipsett received his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. He completed his residency at New York University and affiliated hospitals and his fellowship training in pulmonary and critical care at George Washington University. He is board-certified in internal medicine and pulmonary disease.
In 1978, Dr. Lipsett began practicing in Clayton County, GA before joining with Dr. Rastogi to form Pulmonary Medicine Associates, LLP in 1986. The practice later changed its name to Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine, LLP in 2005. Dr. Lipsett has retired as of Dec 31, 2022.

Dr. Graham received her medical degree from State University of New York. She completed her residency at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY and her fellowship training in pulmonary and critical care at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, NY.
Dr. Graham began her practice at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, GA, and she worked there from 1996 to 1999. She joined our talented team in August of 1999.

Dr. Robins received his medical degree from Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA. He completed his residency and his fellowship training in pulmonary and critical care at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, AL. He is board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease, and critical care medicine.
Dr. Robins began his practice at Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine Associates, LLP in July of 2011.

Dr. Holmes received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston, SC. He completed his residency and his fellowship training in pulmonology, critical care, and sleep medicine at MUSC as well. He is board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease, and critical care medicine.
Dr. Holmes began his practice at Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine Associates, LLP in August 2012.

Dr. Hima Reddy is a Wisconsin native who completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin. She earned her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. During her time there, she traveled to Uganda to study malnutrition and assist with water distribution. She also traveled to Haiti with a medical team to provide care for the underserved population.
Dr. Reddy then moved to New York to complete her residency and worked in a Brooklyn-based outpatient practice before completing a sleep medicine fellowship back in Wisconsin. She is currently a diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine and was invited by the American Board of Internal Medicine to participate in a standard setting meeting to determine the appropriate passing score for the Sleep Medicine Certification Examination. Among these other achievements, Dr. Reddy specializes in pediatrics.
Outside of work, Dr. Reddy enjoys volunteering for community efforts and visiting local animal sanctuaries with her husband. Together, they like to spend time with their daughter, bike, explore restaurants, and travel.

Rennie Abraham received his medical degree from Davao Medical School Foundation in Davao, Philippines. He completed his residency at San Pedro Hospital in Davao City. He relocated to the United States and received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA. He continued at Kennesaw State University until he earned his Master of Science in Nursing. He is now a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and joined Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine Associates, LLP in February 2016.
